DESCRIPTION:Duration: Starting 20th January for 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday) for 6 weeks. \n\n\n\nLocation: Paper Cup Coffee Shop\, Queens Square\, Liverpool City Centre\, L1 1RH    \n\n\n\nThis is a fully funded course for adults 16-24 living in the Liverpool City Region\, not in education\, employment of training. \n\n\n\nWhether you’re looking to work in front of house\, waiting on\, back of house or assistant chef roles\, this programme will give you the skills and qualifications you need to launch a career in the Hospitality and Catering sector. \n\n\n\nThis course includes: \n\n\n\n\nIntroduction to the catering and hospitality industry \n\n\n\nLevel 1 Award in Customer Service training \n\n\n\nBarista Training \n\n\n\nLevel 1 Award in Occupational studies  \n\n\n\nTime Management \n\n\n\nTeamwork \n\n\n\nMaintenance of safe\, hygienic\, and secure working environment \n\n\n\nCV writing \n\n\n\nInterview skills  \n\n\n\nA guaranteed job interview\n\n\n\n\nQualifications: \n\n\n\n\nCity and Guilds Level 1 Award in Customer Service\n\n\n\nNCFE Level 1 Award in Occupational Studies\n\n\n\nA certificate of achievement\n\n\n\n\nTravel support and childcare is available.
