The role will report to the Head of People and will play a critical part in supporting both our UK head office employees. This is a great opportunity for someone to develop in a fast-paced, growing, global business. We appreciate that this is a learning role, support and exposure will be high; however, the nature of our business does require someone savvy and adaptable.

The People Admin Apprentice will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the People Team. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee information within the HRIS, ensuring all records are kept up to date and compliant. The apprentice will act as a first point of contact for HR-related enquiries, managing the HR inbox, delegating tickets to the appropriate team members, and providing timely support to both internal and external stakeholders.

They will assist with key people processes, including the onboarding journey, such as issuing contracts, coordinating reference checks, and supporting new starter administration. The role will also include diary management, general HR reporting, and contributing to ad hoc tasks and projects across the people function. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience while developing foundational skills within a fast-paced people team.

  • Admin of HRIS, keep employee records on the system updated
  • Monitor and manage HR inbox
  • Delegate tickets to the relevant team member

On completion of the apprenticeship, there will be an opportunity to move into a Global People Coordinator position.
