We are recruiting for an Apprentice Service Advisor to join our Mercedes-Benz Truck dealership in Knowsley.
If you enjoy meeting new people, providing first class customer service and want to work in a role where you can make a real difference to the customer’s journey, this apprenticeship is a great place to start!
This role will be based onsite in our Knowsley Truck dealership, where you will learn on the job and be mentored by an experienced Service Advisor. You will also attend online classes through Remit and complete assignments and coursework. There will be a tutor from Remit who will periodically come out to see you at our site.
On completion of this apprenticeship, you can expect to become a qualified Service Advisor, and from there you can continue progressing to Service Manager, General Manager, and beyond.
