  • Weekly day release into college setting
  • Work towards functional skills maths & English (if applicable)
  • As we are a small team the progression would be from apprentice to maintenance operative/foreman/manager
  • The position would be more client facing with progression – to site callouts where the employee would be representing the company and our high standards
