Retail Study Programme – The Learning Foundry

Our 3-week retail course will give you everything you need to launch a career in roles across the retail sector. You’ll learn the key skills, knowledge and behaviors employers are looking for to develop knowledge in key areas such as customer service and stock control.
This course includes:
- Introduction to the retail industry
- Understanding customer service in the retail sector
- Problem solving
- Stock control
- Handling and replenishing stock
- Teamwork
- Maintenance of a safe, hygienic and secure working environment
- Understanding the retail selling process
- CV writing
- Interview skills
Qualification:
- Level 2 Award in Customer Service
This course is free for people aged 19+ in the Liverpool City Region.
