Growth Sector Event: Skills & Funding Support for the Construction Sector

The Government has ambitious plans for house building across the LCR while the Construction sector has an ‘ageing’ workforce and a need to rapidly recruit new staff into key trades as well as upskill existing employees.
The LCR Combined Authority, along with our delivery partners, can support Construction employers to identify ways in which they can recruit new staff and can also provide funding for skills. Come along to this event to hear more about the LCR Combined Authority plans for the sector and how delivery partners have developed programmes which will support sustainable growth.
This event is FREE to attend and will be held in the Coach House at Bowring Park Golf Course, just off J5 of the M62. It’s a fantastic setting and delegates will have the opportunity to take part in a tour of the grounds.
