Fully funded – Level 2 Team Leader

This course is free for anyone 19+ living in the Liverpool City Region. Sessions are delivered virtually between 2pm – 5pm for 6 weeks.
The programme is perfect for anyone currently leading a team and would like to enhance their skills or who will manage a team in the future.
This course includes:
- Learn the principles of team leading
- Develop the knowledge needed to support communication with a range of stakeholders at different levels
- Learn how to keep your staff safe
- Understand how to support the personal development of your team
Qualifications: NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading.
