🏡 Level 3 Housing Practice – Fully Funded Adult Training Course

This is a fully funded course for adults 19+ living in the Liverpool City Region.

Duration: One day per week for 12 weeks

This qualification will enable you to be an effective housing practitioner and will provide you with a broader understanding of how your organisation and others in the housing industry work.

You’ll learn about:

• The housing system – how people access the housing market, the role of housing providers and features of the industry – and government intervention in the sector,
• Professional practice – including ethics, EDI and personal reflection,
• Occupancy, tenure and lettings,
• Rental income and management – you’ll gain an understanding of effective income management and the legal framework for arrears,
• Anti-social behaviour in housing – including the statutory and non-statutory interventions available.

Qualifications: Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice
