Intermediate

HPL stands for “Honesty Produces Loyalty” and it’s a principle that guides everything we do. It’s a family business that has built its reputation on transparency and honest conversations. Our new recruit needs to embody these same values. Successful apprentices will be rewarded with a guaranteed position, an excellent rate of pay and a company car once qualified.   

Main roles and responsibilities:  

  • Working alongside technicians and observing 
  • Working supervised on vehicles 
  • Responsible to the workshop foreman and service manager 
  • Responsible for workshop cleanliness 
  • Ordering parts via the workshop controller 

In-house training, plus the candidate will follow a Level 2 Apprenticeship programme and study towards a Level 2 in Autocare. This training will be structured and delivered by Cheshire College, South & West. If the candidate does not hold GCSE grades A*-C (9-4) or equivalent, they will be required to complete a Level 2 Functional Skill in the relevant subject.

The ability to progress onto a Level 3 apprenticeship in Autocare.
