What is this course?
This qualification is designed to prepare learners for employment in supervision and leadership roles in the hospitality sector.
This course includes:
- The make up of the hospitality industry
- Communication in the hospitality industry
- Leading a team
- The supervision of customer service
- Stock control and the effective use of resources
- Customer service
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Award in Hospitality Supervision & Leadership
Opportunities for progression:
On completion of this qualification candidates may progress into employment or to the Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership (NVQ) City & Guilds qualification
