This course is a great choice for anyone looking to develop team leading skills to manage a team successfully.
Learners will develop an understanding of the principles of team leading, how to use different leadership styles and how to motivate team members to get the best out of them.
The course also covers conflict management, handling customers complaints and how to mentor effectively.
QUALIFICATION
Learners who complete the programme with achieve the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading.
This is a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification.
