HOLISTIC CARE PROGRAMME

Five-day programme

This programme has been developed to deliver 11 topics across five sessions. Each of the sessions are themed around a common area of Health & Social Care:

•          Falls & Mobility Care Planning (7 Guided Learning Hours)

•          Dementia & Learning Difficulties (7 Guided Learning Hours)

•          Person Centred Care (7 Guided Learning Hours)

•          Bowel & Bladder Care (6 Guided Learning Hours)

•          Sepsis Leading to End of Life (7 Guided Learning Hours)

The programme is delivered part-time with all learners are expected to attend each of the five sessions.
